Industrial washing machines are electrical equipment used in hotels, guesthouses, laundries or factories to wash large quantities of clothes. The washing process is generally composed of water inlet, washing forward rotation, suspension, washing reversal, drainage and dehydration. With the rapid development of automation and the continuous improvement of industry process requirements, industrial washing machines have higher and higher requirements for frequency converters, which can meet the high starting torque, multi-stage speed, wide voltage range, automatic slip compensation and fast and powerful communication methods of industrial washing machines. Moreover, the performance is stable, and it can adapt to a variety of complex high temperature and high humidity environments.
The composition and working principle of a fully automatic industrial washing machine
Fully automatic industrial washing machine refers to a large-capacity washing machine with functions such as primary washing, washing, rinsing, bleaching and dehydration, and can achieve automatic conversion without manual operation between each function. According to the different ways of vibration damping and vibration isolation, industrial washing machines can be divided into suspension and water injection balance vibration isolation, as well as gravity fixed type. It is mainly composed of shell, frame panel, spindle inner drum, transmission system, vibration isolation system, front door parts, feeding parts, brake parts, water discharge valve parts, over-vibration parts, control parts, pipeline parts and pneumatic systems.
The working principle of the fully automatic industrial washing machine is: under the unified scheduling management of the timing controller, the asynchronous motor is controlled by the frequency converter to continuously perform forward and reverse rotation to realize the asynchronous movement of water and clothes, so that water and clothes can rub and rub each other to achieve the purpose of washing.
It mainly has the following washing procedures:
First of all, add water, forward and reverse washing for 25 minutes, after washing, drainage, enter the dehydration stage, the dehydration stage includes three processes: uniform distribution, medium detachment and high detachment, uniform distribution is in the case of water and no water, Rotate the laundry evenly on the inside of the drum of the washing machine for 1.5 minutes at a higher speed than the washing process to smooth the subsequent dewatering process, and after draining, increase the speed to enter the medium-speed dewatering process (2 minutes), followed by the high-speed dewatering process (5 minutes) to reduce the moisture content of the laundry to the required level. There are two ways to set the speed:
1) In the way of multi-stage speed, the running speed of each stage is directly set on the inverter;
2) The speed of each stage is set by communication through the special control computer of the washing machine.
The operating speed of each stage is as follows:
Washing: around 7HZ
Uniform distribution: about 15HZ
NEUTRALIZATION: 80HZ
High detachment: 110HZ
