What is the Maltose Project?
The Maltose Project is a public welfare action for young mothers launched by Robam Appliances in 2016, which quickly improves their cooking skills, cultivates children's good eating habits, and breaks children's eating habits through the most ingenious way. Not only that, children's exploration of the unknown world of food, frying, cooking, and stewing, is even more interesting in the eyes of children, making children more sensitive to food and inheriting food culture, and we hope that the sweetness of maltose can nourish their childhood.
Feng Tang once wrote to his daughter, "Making soup is more important than writing poetry" As far as the current situation in China is concerned, young parents have gradually become aware of this problem, but due to the serious intrusion of snacks, the lack of investment in school food education, and the confusion of nutritional information, the health of children in China has been seriously harmed. In foreign examples, schools often play an important role, but not only that, parents, individuals, communities, and governments should become the promoters of "food education" culture, and children's food cultivation is not only a matter of the school, but also a matter of everyone in society.
